This 2-room apartment is in a quiet and yet very central area: restaurants, shops and the center of Garmisch with spa garden and congress hall are within walking distance.
The holiday apartment, suitable for 1 – 4 persons (about 85 square meters), is located on the 1st floor of a well-kept 6-family house and has a spacious, modern living room with a sofa bed, flat screen TV, Blue-Ray player and stereo.
A dining area is right next to the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee-machine and an American fridge – and much more.
From the living room you have direct access to the furnished southwest facing balcony with fantastic mountain views. An unobstructed view of the Wetterstein massif with Alpspitze and Zugspitze invites you to dream. The cable cars and cross-country ski trails are only a few minutes away.
The large bedroom with double bed (2×2 m with separate mattresses) is equipped with plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. From here you have access to the north balcony.
Spacious bathroom with sink, corner bathtub, shower and toilet. Separate guest toilet.

In the entrance area is a cloakroom with space for skis, golf bags etc. and a small desk.

This is a non-smoking apartment, no pets.

It is 81km to Munich Airport, 4km to GAP Central Station, 500m to the nearest bus stop, and the next supermarket.

You can easily reach the apartment via motorway A95 from the north.
You can park your car (free of charge) in the underground parking space.
If you want to arrive by train, it is only 4 km from our apartment to the train station. Guests arriving by plane can choose Munich or Innsbruck Airport.
