Allocation of the rooms:
4 x 3-bed rooms (2 in the basement + 1 on the ground floor + 1 on the first floor)
+ and a 2-bed room (upstairs)
The 3-bed room on the upper floor is equipped with a TV and can also be a second living room.
For this purpose, the double bed can be converted into a full-fledged couch.
Sanitary:
2 x bathroom with bath + toilet + sink;
1 x bathroom with shower + toilet + sink + washing machine and dryer. (Miele Sensitive detergent already integrated in the machine)
Kitchen equipment: both with dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, crockery and cooking utensils, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and much more…
The second kitchen on the upper floor can also be used for office work.
Service is very important to us:
That’s why you’ll find coffee, oil and washing-up liquid as well as dishwashing liquid and detergent when you arrive. Furthermore, 2 baby travel cots + 1 high chair are here and can be used free of charge; as well as washing machine and dryer.
For further questions / wishes we and the owners are at your disposal. (Intermediate cleaning, wheelchair users…)
No animals as newly renovated, and no smoking indoors.
Price €320 ; each as an example for 2 people per day.

In the immediate vicinity are:
• Economy (e.g. Bräustüberl Garmisch in 4 minutes on foot)
• Shopping facilities (e.g. shopping center GEP (=ALDI, EDEKA, dm …) in 3 minutes by car)
• the beautiful Kurpark (2 minutes by car or 8 minutes on foot) with regular concerts.
• Gas station (1-2 minutes walk)
• The pedestrian zone (10 minutes on foot. Also accessible through the Kurpark)
Beautiful excursion destinations such as lakes and of course the mountains are close to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. In Garmisch there is almost everything, from very good restaurants, bike rentals, to billiards and bowling…
The lakes include e.g. (by distance:)
• the idyllic Rießersee (with a restaurant, beautiful circular route 40 minutes or a few meters above the Aule-Alm to the Rießersee: Easy, possible almost all year round. Swimming allowed),
• or the small Badersee (with a circular route), just before the Eibsee (circular route 7 km, 2 hours)
• the closest is the small, idyllic Schmölzersee (also called Sonnenbichlsee), without an inn. You can also walk there in about 25 minutes. (or by car in 3 minutes).
